The pastor at the church I was attending told a great story.

“A man took his young son to a fast food restaurant one afternoon for some father and son time. The boy ordered his food, including a large fry, and the dad paid for the meal. The two were sitting enjoying the time together when the dad did something shocking. He asked his son for one of the fries.

The boy pulled his fries closer and eyed his dad cautiously. ‘Why didn’t you get your own fries?’ The dad was saddened by his son’s reaction. He bowed his head and sighed. When he looked back up, the boy was even more shocked. His dad had tears in his eyes.

‘Son, I wanted one of the fries that you have. Don’t you know I have enough money to buy all the fries in this place if I wanted to? I bought the ones that you have now in front of you. What I wanted was for you to share with me some of the fries that I bought for you.”

Everything that you have now or that you will ever have came to you through God. Are you willing to share your fries with Him?
